17 Valentine’s Day Relationship Questions

Happy Valentine’s Day! 

Brady works late tonight so I’m alone for most of today :'( That’s a bit of a bummer because this has NOT been my week. Let me tell you a little about it… 

My windshield got smashed by a rock. We just dropped $1,000 to fix up my hubby’s car’s brakes. I smashed the BRAND NEW adorable Corningware travel ramekin/mug the day after I bought it. I lost the amazing soup I’d made and found out I didn’t need to bring a lunch because it was a half day at the school…. I sliced into my finger peeling potatoes last night and then last night while we were out on a walk, I tripped and plopped down onto the earth. One of those kinds where you’re fine, but it feels like your wrists are broken for about 2 minutes. I’ve been reminded that all of these things could have been much worse. So now that I’ve vented, I’m moving on!

Since it’s Valentine’s Day, I thought I’d answer a few V-day questions about our relationship that Janae from Hungry Runner Girl shared on her blog yesterday.

 

 

1. Who’s oldest?  Me. He’s only 4 weeks younger though so we’re basically the same age.
2. Who was interested first?  Him. We have the longest pre-dating story ever and Valentine’s day is actually a big part of the story… but we’re going to have to save that for another day.
3. Same high school?  We graduated together!
4. Most sensitive? Me… 
5. Worst temper? Temper might be too strong a word, but I definitely have less patience and get upset faster. 
6. More social?  I feel like we’re both somewhat anti-social most of the time but we enjoy spending time with the right people.
7. Hardest working? Him. He’s always been known to do a job 100%.
8. More sarcastic?  Me. All the time. lol
9. Who makes the most mess?  Him. It’s not like he “makes a mess”, but I’m definitely the one always picking things up and putting them back where they belong.
10. Wakes up first? Him. I’ve been up first the last few days but that’s weird because it’s almost always him.
11. Bigger family?  Me. My immediate family is much bigger and my mom’s side of the family is also quite large.
12. Who cooks the most?  This is just funny. Does he cook? No. Will he learn? Yes. When? Before we have kids! Ha.
13. Who cries the most?  Me.
14. Better singer? Him. I say that because I love his voice. I know he’d say me though so this is a tie.
15. Hogs the remote? We share? He watches more things, but he usually gives me the remote if I come over and want to watch something else. 
16. Better driver?  Me. He’d say it’s him.
17. Most patient?  Him. He is sooo patient and sweet. I have none.
